Please note: If you require your item to be delivered by the end of the month please place your order before the 25th of the month. 1. Purchases made via tigerclubstore.com 2. Refunds or exchanges
2.1 Refunds on faulty products
If you require a refund on a faulty product please contact sales@tigerclubstore.com with your order details (all purchases that
require a refund need to notify sales@tigerclubstore.com within 30 days of purchase). We are happy to provide a refund on all reasonable faulty products (wear and tear of a garment is not a faulty item). 2.2 Exchanges
If you have ordered an item and you need to exchange or change the size of the garment or item please contact
sales@tigerclubstore.com with your order details and the garment you need to exchange as well as details of the garment you wish to exchange it with. (please confirm the size you now require and are returning). Delivery timescales will still comply with all exchanges. 3. Cancellation of an order
If your order has been processed and you now wish to cancel your order please contact sales@tigerclubstore.com confirming your order id, details and provide a valid reason for cancellation. As long as payment has not been taken and items have not be delivered you should be eligible for cancellation depending on the circumstances.
4. Price increases
You will be notified via email if you have registered with tigerclubstore.com of any changes to terms and conditions including price increases.
Price increases are at the discretion of tigerclubstore.com.
5. Payment
All payments are required to be recieved as cleared funds before delivery of items to you golf club site. (Please remember to include the site name when ordering your items so your items are delivered to the correct site).
6. Delivery
All ordered items will be delivered to your tiger club site the last saturday of the month as long as the order is recieved by the 25th of the month (and you have specified on your order your chosen site).
You must be present to pick up your items or make alternative arrangments with your golf professional at your tiger club site. Tigerclubstore.com hold NO responsibility for any items not collected on the last saturday of the month. It is your responsibility to discuss alternative arrangements to store your items until you can collect them.
7. Promotional codes
Occasionally promotion codes will be distributed to regular purchasers or tiger club members.
If you have been issued with a promotional code please input this into the system when ordering your items, the system will automatically calculate your discount ready for you to check out.
Any misuse of promotional codes will result in details or orders being cancelled within notification and could incurr a charge.
